Omnivista Health Learning Exposes Government Study Causing Prostate Cancer In Participants Omnivista Health Learning  provided an article on vitamin E surrounded around facts that went against a large prostate cancer risk government study. The government study did not make it clear about the vitamin E that was used. It was a synthetic version that actually caused men to receive prostate cancer instead of preventing the disease.  A large study was conducted, 35,000 men over 9 years, and it was concluded Vitamin E increased the risk for prostate cancer - to combat earlier research that concluded vitamin E might reduce the risk, which left the researchers baffled as to why vitamin E supplements increased the risk ( National Institutes of Health) . Maybe they were baffled with the specifics as to why the risk increased, but I believe they knew the natural version of vitamin E would provide different results.  The Omnivista Health Learning article provided additional information. Studies on Visceral Fat loss Many studies on visceral fat loss exist. Exercise and diet play a significant role in the deadly metabolic disease. Living a sedentary lifestyle makes more of a difference in the percentage of fat surrounding your vital organs than your diet. The root cause of type 2 diabetes was discovered after conducting a visceral fat health study.  Effects Your Sexual Health Peer reviewed studies on visceral fat revealed visceral fat % has a direct correlation with erectile dysfunction, and premature ejaculation in men ( Dursun, Cakir et al.) .  The Easiest Way To Lose Visceral Fat Losing weight is the easiest way to lose visceral fat and people lose a higher percentage of body fat after losing a smaller percentage of body weight, but even when you exercise and do not lose weight you still will lose body fat (visceral fat) ( Martin) .  Losing fat is more important than losing weight because losing weight involves losing muscle mass and water, which is why exercising re

911-Emergency Cure Stubborn Tummy Fat Today Belly fat is an active food source for the organs surrounding your belly like your liver, so the belly constantly sends fat to your liver blocking adiponectin (good hormones in your body that burns fat and lowers blood sugar) and inflames harmful chemicals called cytokines making it difficult to lose weight and harder to lower your blood sugar (Vogel, "What Causes Belly Fat in Women? Doctors Break it Down"). Eating unhealthy leads to an increase in inflammation in your belly which accumulates into the harmful belly fat.  Drinking too much alcohol can cause an increase in inflammation and liver disease (Cadman). Heavy drinkers usually have excess fat around their bellies. Even if you have a slim waist your waistline may be high in percentage of body fat (Palinski-Wade). Visceral and subcutaneous fat are the most popular forms of fat around the waistline. Visceral fat is more harmful because it lies deep within the abdomen out of rea
